Registration

To attend the conference you have to:

• Click on the REGISTER FOR CONFERENCE button (the red button below). You will be redirected to the ConfTool Conference Administration WebPage.
• If you have no account yet, create an account by selecting Register new.
• Select the option Register as participant and follow the on-screen guidance which takes you through the registration process. Please, note that registration is binding.
• Proceed with Registration payment. You can only pay by bank transfer.
• Once we received your registration and confirmation of payment, we will send you a Registration Confirmation and ProForma Invoice by email and your registration will be completed.

Conference fees

Early registration (until June 10th 2011), regular:	€ 250
Late registration (from June 11th 2011), regular:	€ 350
Early registration, student*:	€ 125
Late registration, student*:	€ 175

* To successfully register as a student, you must provide us with a proof of student status (student ID or official letter of active enrollment). Please, submit a copy of any one of these documents (sjoukje.osinga@wur.nl).

Fees cover:

• Access to all sessions
• Conference proceedings (as a volume of Lecture Notes in Economics and Mathematical Systems)
• Catering expenses (lunches and coffee breaks on Sept 1 and 2)
• Social event (Conference dinner on Sept 1)

Cancellation policy:

Written cancellations received before August 1st will be refunded. A € 50 administration fee will be deducted from any refund. After mentioned date, no refunds can be made.
